2018-12-20 04:59 | Huh, first Bering on the site. For those who don't know, Bering was a Virginia based distributor that sold trucks in a partnership with Hyundai. Founded in 1997, with retail operations starting in 1999, but operations ceased in 2001. The LD15 was a badge engineered Hyundai Mighty II fitted with an EPA emissions compliant Detroit Diesel 638 engine mated to an Allison automatic transmission, as opposed to the standard Hyundai D4 family engines of the Mighty II. |
