Yup considering like j-2 said this is an auction house the whole is sold, plus I drove that car a lot in Forza 5 and horizon 2 and the first thing I did was turn it to a gt3 model :p , yeah I think that M3 has a rocket bunny or liberty walk or Forza made wide bodykit

It probably is a body mod. The E36 M3 used a body mod to show off a paintjob: igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=93447
And I know there was a similar kit to this in Horizon 2 so that as well.

Sure this isn't a GT3? To my knowledge the cars used to show off paintjobs usually don't have bodymods
