Definitely NOT a Tata Xenon.

1. It looks nothing like one.
2. Most cars in this game are based off ones sold in America, plus I've never even heard of this car before.

EDIT: I'm with carcrasher88 on this one, this is an '02 Chevrolet Avalanche (only model year for the Avalanche that cladding was availible)

Front end reminds me a lot of the Kia Borrego, the back looks like a mix of the Titan and newest Tundra. But the rest of it, no idea.
