It looks nothing like a Spirra, besides the car has a Florida number plate, indicating the car's (and it's variants) home level is Sunshine Keys, which is based in Miami. Maybe the car is based on some sort of 80s era Ferrari.

The entire car design are mostly similar to Spirra, licenses plates, right or left handed position are invalid arguments to identify a vehicle. No of the 80s Ferrari vehicles matches.
