| I agree, it is a shame. Would've been interesting if EA Black Box was allowed to use those models along with the ones that debuted in the PS2 version. Traffic would have been more diverse. | |
| Yep, exact same model. In fact, it was not only reused in Underground and Underground 2, it was also turned into a taxi in both games. Though, the taxi from HP2 reappeared in Underground 2 along side the Impala taxi, though it looks a bit smaller in UG2 than it does in HP2. Then again, all this model reuse makes a lot of sense, since the PS2 version was developed by EA Black Box, as a part of EA Canada, unlike the PC/GC/XBX version that was developed by EA Seattle, a studio that was shut down soon after the release of HP2, so the traffic models seen in that version weren't reused. |
