It looks like a beginner car artist's drawing. They could've atleast gotten the proportions right. The rear is too low and it's bothersome.
Really, who cares? It's just a background vehicle. And one of the best I've seen. In FM5 demo it was the real BMW 135i, along other FM3/FM4 recycled cars, but for licensing reasons, they were altered into more generical things.
