Ya know at first it looked like a 65 or so C10 to me, with four headlights insted of two, But I cant tell if the hood is real sloped, or just the perspective is weird, anyway you can clearly tell its some kind of truck the wooden rear pannels are just visable from the sides, so I vote
1965 Chevrolet C10
