There are two different C10s available. There's this tow truck and a normal pick-up.

You drive a car behind it to attach to it. Unfortunately, it can't tow commercial trucks or other tow trucks. :( My favorite thing to do in GTA:SA was to make chains of tow trucks.

I dont think this is a 66 C-10. The pic next to this has round lights and this has two round lights, and it looks newer.

Yeah, there was one video (it's posted on this site somewhere) that showed one, during gameplay, towing a white Dodge Grand Caravan.

So, yes, I'm assuming they can tow, but probably only if a car is already attatched (we'll all find out when the game comes out).
