You had to search before say things like that. Lancia Stratos had never be a Group B Rally Car (Lancia 037 Rally and Delta S4 are the only one for Lancia)

2011-08-04 20:03		The Stratos is currently a PC exclusive, because of stupidity between Atari and Eden. It's been like 3 months since they said the DLC would be arriving on the consoles 'soon'. I gave up on it a while back, and don't particularly care if it arrives on the consoles.

Wait...just got a 'solid' release date. August 16. Carry on.

The official TDU2 site lists it as 'DLC1', or 'The Exploration Pack'. So, yes it's DLC. The original TDU had a few free DLC packs, and this is no different.
