If you mean a normal delivery van rather than an ambulance, yes.

For example there's igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=365535 owned by the "Nay Express" company, and also a red/white one owned by the "Tempozima" company (which I haven't been able to get a close-up screenshot of yet). I don't recall having ever seen an unmarked one though, so I'm not sure if that exists.

The rear bumper/lights really look like a VW Transporter T4, but I'm not sure about the rest of the car so I left it as unknown
