Based from the in-game lore and the fact that it's fitted with a 6.2L V8, the car alludes to Rich Rebuilds' V8 Tesla

Ironically, the in-game character who owns this car has a disdain for EV's, while the owner of the real-life V8 Tesla likes electric cars and has converted ICE cars to EVs. lol

as of version 0.9.11, this Tesla is no longer a V8-converted car and is back to being an EV.
