Good example is the Dinka Jester, was the Supra in the last game and the Jester was an NSX in this (The Jester was added in the Business Update and the GTA:SA Supra was added as Jester Classic in a later DLC.) The minivan was also made by 2-3 different brands in GTA IV, the Land Rover used to be called the Vapid (Ford) Huntley Sport instead of Baller while the GTA V Huntley is made by Enus (Bentley), and I believe there are more examples of this between those two games alone.
