I've checked the plates of a few different Prosegur trucks I could find photos of, they all seem to be based on MAN LC trucks of various specs. It looks like the custom bodywork is by a Spanish company called Sartruck.

Nice find. Apparently, this vehicle was made exclusively for Prosegur, maybe we can list it with the company name as make or as "Custom Made"
