I believe all "Concept" cars are too much design imaginations, and no one knows. I think it's Made for Game.

Looks like a strange mix of 2002 Pontiac Solstice Concept (the convertible version) and a final generation Toyota MR-2 Spyder, with a little Renault and some Vauxhall VX220 in the front.
