And this model doesn’t directly match the Cruze, but leans more towards the SS with the sharp edges and design patterns on the exterior.

So the police version got wrong name, Caprice and Pontiac G8 aren't the same car. G8 derivate from Holden Commodore and Caprice is bigger than it.
