You needed to use a mail.ru address to register and you needed to use cyrillic characters in your name, but you could access it from anywhere. leecaregene 2018-07-05 16:18	Its region locked in the sense that the game is only available in either Chinese or Korean. However you can play on both Chinese and Korean servers anywhere you want.
