It's way too detailed to just appear in a single cutscene :c Unfortunately, this car appears only in the very beginning of the game -right after intro- during a scene where Frank Rixon (main hero) arrives at the A.X. Corp HQ. Afterwards the car does not show up again. I also think it's sad becouse it looks really good and it could have a bit more prominent role in game. Oh well... unnoticed/wasted potential.
