2006-10-07 16:44		You must get a 4-Star Wanted Level to summon this, unlike the previous two GTAs I've never seen this parked anywhere. This may have LSPD written on the back, but it will appear anywhere in the San Andreas region if you have 4-Star Wanted Level. I guess this means Los Santos is the only city that has a SWAT Team.
