Except for the Japanese cars, which have English words for names like real life JDM cars have

Entry complete.

Compared to the earlier Ridge Racer titles, Type 4 is probably the closest to what the later games in the series would be like. Quite a fun romp with a very involved story mode for a PS1 racing game.
