Much higher to the extent of building a company. You are more of a high class criminal thats yes starts low but aims high. Im pretty sure every one knows that LA is notorious for its gangs especially in the 90s.so last time i check big time criminals which is the goal of the game dont drive crappy 90s sedans and a american suv with huge 24' inch rims.
