I don't think there's any elements from Astra except for the pillars.

Anyway, it's just my opinion about this car. It's fine if you're not agree with me.

Wait, that's a hovercar? Shoot!
Anyway, like I said, there are some exceptions in hovercar. Maybe this one is acceptable.

The rules said that if it doesn't have wheels or set on rail, then it shouldn't be on the list, but maybe there's an exception on hovercar that based on real life cars or it does look like car.

If the lights are enough to make this MFG, then this must be MFG as well...

The 9F has both vents in the bumpers and the overall shape and fronts are nearly identical to R8. While this, is just 85% similar to R8 judged by the body. There are no grille and vents on the front, and it has sort of Eclipse-ish rear lights and no vents on the rear bumper.

Somebody should upload a rear view for this (and a better main picture). But, I have to agree the overall shape does remind me of the R8.

I'll add it as soon as I can reach my laptop and finish my assignment.
To be honest with you, I kind of agree that this is an R8, but if it's only judged from the overall body. The rear light are far from R8.

I'm surprised at this inconsistent conclusion. Would you like me to put MFG on every car that fits this description?

I don't. I used to agree that this is an Audi R8. You know Sparc from Sleeping Dogs? I saw it more as a Mazda 2 rather than MFG. I don't want to left any cars that has close resemblance to real life as MFG, but many doesn't really agree with my hypothesis as there are many users said that there are more mixed and too many speculations arrived on the process for searching the origin. Still, I can't win unless many other people agree with me.

I think you've proven my point - this car is being kept as MFG for no obvious reason, which goes against the main reason why this site exists.

There are some reason that why it stays MFG.
First of all, this car is a mix from many RL cars (Audi R8 body, Mitsubishi Eclipse rear lights, somewhat fictional front). Secondly, as there are too much mixes that made it hard to shown the origin of the cars. So that's why it stays MFG.

I said no offence to developers but it LOOKS kind of retarded by toy cars talking.
And I know it's a toy game but how unrealistic can it get? It's the same if you put a Front Wheel Drive on a Ferrari 458....

Okay, about that, I'm sorry.
It's just a game. No matter how unrealistic it is, it's still fun. Plus, the bodies are just shells for the engine and wheels.

I remember back when i was about 6 years old and i had this game. I loved this car, the fact that it's so rare and only availble in one color made me think this car was so unique. I had completely no idea this car had hidraulics, until the day i was playing the game with my friends and one of them tried to sound the horn. This made me love this car even more. I had completely no idea this was a gang car. Oh, childhood memories! ^^

Wow, when I was 6 in 2002, the kids in my neighbourhood still playing with their PSX. I knew this game when I was around 8 years old. I do like the fact that this game has more sports car spawns frequently than any othe GTA game.

I assumed it's Nismo version because it doesn't look stock and in the game it's A class car and in A class are the cars like Lamborghini and Corvette so normal Skyline wouldn't be able to compete with those cars.

In here, despite the performance class, we assume from the model nearly based on. If you think this is a Nismo version because it belongs in the A class in game, but the body is more of a regular Skyline GT-R, so it should be a regular Skyline GT-R.
