Caterpillar D8 L Cities XL 2012 (2012) | Not sure of the model, but it's a Caterpillar.

Chrysler Crossfire Grand Theft Auto V (2013) | Rear may have a hint of first generation BMW Z4 in it, and there is a small amount of further evidence in the badging. The badging lists the engine as a 3.0l V6, read as V6 3.0i. The 'i' after the displacement is characteristic of the 2004-08 BMW Z4 3.0i. The 3.0 displacement could also be a nod to another mid-2000's Chrysler coupe, the Mitsubishi Eclipse based Chrysler Sebring coupe, and it's 3.0L G6V2 V6.
Dodge Durango Cities XL 2012 (2012) | Yes. 2004-06.

Ford Focus CC Cities XL (2009) | Focus CC, not convertible. Built in Italy (by Pininfarina). www.imcdb.org/vehicle_343197-Ford-Focus-CC-2007.html Also, it's a 2009 facelifted model.
Buick Terraza Cities XL (2009) | carcrasher88 wrote Could someone change this to the Terraza? I even provided proof. Also, it's Class: Cars, Van/MPV, not Off-road/SUV, since it's a minivan. Bumping, because it still hasn't been changed.
Lotus E21 Renault Forza Motorsport 5 (2013) | Whoa...didn't see that coming. Talk about a pleasant surprise.

Plymouth 'Cuda AAR Gran Turismo 6 (2013) | The AAR 'Cuda was essentially a road going version of the cars run by the factory backed Trans-Am series team AAR, which stands for All American Racers, with drivers Swede Savage and Dan Gurney. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plymouth_Barracuda#1970.E2.80.9374
Oldsmobile Toronado Gran Turismo 6 (2013) | A stock one would be nice. Regardless, this is one monstrous machine. 1,076 horsepower, converted to RWD. And yet, on the outside...it looks stock. Definitely a 'sleeper'.
Hyundai i20 WRC WRC 4: FIA World Rally Championship (2013) | Exactly, not Hyundai's debut, just the i20's debut.

Chevrolet Lacetti WTCC Race Pro (2009) | Well, the team that ran these Lacettis (with the exception, of course, being the 'Extreme') is from the UK, perhaps that should be the origin?
Chevrolet Lacetti WTCC Race Pro (2009) | Origin: South Korea, not US. The Lacetti is a rebadged version of the Daewoo model of the same name.
Oscar Mayer Wienermobile Table Top Racing (2013) | Not exactly 'Made for Game'. It's easily recognizable as an Oscar Mayer Wienermobile. The 'O-Ring' in Saints Row 2 is listed as Oscar Meyer Wiener Mobile (Mayer being spelled incorrectly), but I think these should be listed as they are on IMCDb. www.imcdb.org/vehicle_214180-Custom-Made-Oscar-Mayer-Wienermobile-1995.html -- Last edit: 2013-11-01 16:09:00
Mitsubishi Eclipse Grand Theft Auto V (2013) | Rear badge reads 'Turbo 2.6-24'. Turbocharged, 2.6L engine, 24 valves. Closest engine by displacement between both the Eclipse and TT is the 2.5L I-5 under the hood of the TT-RS, which is also turbocharged. The TT, though, has never had a 24 valve engine. The fourth-generation Eclipse, on the other hand, did. The 24V 6G75 V6 in the GT. -- Last edit: 2013-10-31 21:43:43
Ford Edge Grand Theft Auto V (2013) | Rear badging reads 220ci V6. 220 cubic inches of displacement is right in the middle of the displacements of the current V6s available in the Edge (which are the 213.1 Duratec 35 and the 227.3 Duratec 37).
Mack CH 613 Grand Theft Auto V (2013) | Looking closely, GTA V still has that truck, except it's now called the JoBuilt Hauler. The body looks exactly like the IV Packer, but turned into a semi and different badging. www.igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=59428
Toyota Camry Grand Theft Auto V (2013) | Rear badging says 3.5 V6 FWD...but the car is RWD.
