Definitely one of the two, albeit EXTREMELY altered.
Another third generation Honda Acty, this time the truck, which was 1999-2009. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honda_Acty#Third_generation
The front end is DEFINITELY third generation Honda Acty (1999+). en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honda_Acty#Third_generation
Like the Focus RS, Hot Wheels will be releasing a diecast model of this in the next few months.
Part of the Hot Wheels Car Pack because it will be released as a Hot Wheels model in next few months.
Oh, they built a whole bunch of cars for them. The Darth Vader car? Action Vehicle Engineering. The cars involved in Hot Wheels' world record attempts? They built them as well. The Mustang that's part of the pack was also built by AVE.
I wonder if this will mean we could see Fifteen52 wheels in future Forza titles, because they make some great looking wheels. In case anyone's wondering, the front wheels are Fifteen52 cast Tarmacs, and the rears are Fifteen52 forged 3pc Tarmac R43s.
Real car, custom built for Mattel and the Hot Wheels brand by Action Vehicle Engineering out of Chatsworth, CA.
Judging by the lack of unpainted body cladding (which would be the XPlay version) and the sharper shaped headlights (rounder headlights would be the Cero version), this is the Robe version. -- Last edit: 2016-05-01 20:43:52
The headlights are nearly identical, with the exact same layout (two headlight segments on top, turn signal below) but the shape is flipped upside down.
Yeah, the only thing I can see as identifiable are the side windows, which look like they came off of either a Z33 or Z34 Nissan Z-Car.
My first thought was a GAZ 51 with an extra axle.
Challenger MT800c? | ||
Caterpillar D9? | ||
Smith Electric Vehicles Edison?
Looks like a Ducato Scuolabus (Italian for School Bus) to me.
Other than the fact that the cabin is yellow instead of black, it looks a lot like a Hoist RS-Series.
GMC DUKW | ||
Other than the pixels that look like a spare tire, this looks a lot like a Volvo C30 to me.
Looks like a Daihatsu Hijet to me.
Shape kinda reminds me of a Nissan Leaf.
TVR, perhaps? | ||
Ford Crown Victoria | ||
Caterpillar Bobcat doesn't exist, they're two completely different brands.
My first thought was an Alfa Romeo Spider with the top up.
The layout of the grille and headlights kinda reminds me of a Ford Aeromax.
Perhaps a 2007 Toyota FT-HS Concept with a number of visual modifications?
Cushman Haulster? | ||
Definitely MFG. | ||
Reminds me a bit of the 4WD Racer from Burnout 3.
Looks like a hybrid of a Chevrolet 3100 (Task Force series) and a Chevrolet SSR to me.
I see some C3 Corvette and Ferrari 550 in here, with Porsche 996 headlights.
Looks more like a '77 to me.
Is it just me, or does the rear look like a 1998 Hyundai Sonata? I mean, the rest is Maxima, but the rear looks different than the rest of it...
Good eye, it most certainly is. Nice to see this make a return!
Yet another C-10 Panel Truck. Looks like there's gonna be at least two different models of different years.
Wouldn't this be more of a C-10 Panel Truck than a Suburban?
Toyota Crown Standard Sedan [S120]?
Bit of Dodge Charger here (front), some Shelby GT500 there (rear), and a bit of AMC Javelin mixed in as well (C-pillar?). -- Last edit: 2016-04-19 04:17:00
Good to see that it's clearly got the Transcontinental's bumper, though. Probably would have had a heated debate over if this was a Transcontinental or a Renault R-Series, since they used the same cab, and were otherwise quite identical.
Perfect match, other than the split windshield and the different ventilation slats above the grille. Edit: Nevermind, it's of Dutch origin, apparently. -- Last edit: 2016-04-16 22:36:27
Question is...should the Titan XD be considered a separate model from the standard Titan? For example, the XD uses a heavily modified version of the F-Alpha platform, more closely related to the Nissan NV full-size vans than the lighter duty Titan, which will be more of the same compared to the original Titan underneath. Basically, what I'm saying...should XD be part of the model name instead of as additional information?
Yeah, but we go by a specific model year in the US, unlike countries like Japan, which go by month and year of manufacture. So, 2014 it is.
It's like they tried to throw some Aventador styling cues onto the Gallardo...only for the resulting model to look rather...awkward from behind. From the side, it looks decent, though. -- Last edit: 2016-04-14 03:22:17
Gotta say, Nissan did a pretty good job with the L33's facelift. The new corporate design language translates pretty well onto the Altima. One of my favorite things is that the new layout of the tail lights actually makes them look smaller than they really are, compared to the pre-facelifted model (probably due to the lack of chrome and the increase of red). Having seen both of them on the road, back to back, I certainly prefer the updated version.
With that front bumper, it's a 2013+.
Actually, if you look closely, the side matches a 2008-12 Honda Accord to a T. Front is clearly M-B, not sure of the front, but the car is mostly Accord.
Front end looks like either a 2006-13 Chevrolet Impala/14+ Impala Limited or a facelifted Saturn L-Series.
It's pretty much an Accord Coupe with altered proportions, and a front end that looks closer to the sedan than the coupe.
Looks more like a Chevrolet Chevy Van to me, especially with that fender mounted indicator and the shape of the fender badge. |
