Because there's such a version of this van in the game. It spawns with this sort of 'stargazing' sort of paint scheme, and always carries the same license plate: FEL ISH (reads as Felish on HackNet). Looking in the Horizon Promo section, and switching the filter to cars I don't own, there are not 4, but 5 Porsches there. The four Forzathon cars...and this.
