| I always thought that Boost is based on the Silvia, while Wingo is based on the Eclipse, not re-sparking or possibly adding onto a potential argument, but I found something that might tie Boost being THE Silvia. So there was a group of TV episodes or suchever called Cars Toon and one of the episodes has Mater talking about how he went to Tokyo, and then this and that happened, and Kabuto, who according to Pixar Wikia says that he was designed to resemble Boost. Well,  If Boost was stripped down back to stock like our friend here in the pic, I'd say he bears a strong resemblance to a Silvia to me.  That being said, I think Wingo is more or less based off of the second gen Eclipse.  EDIT: Huh, first pic was large this morning, refreshed and now it's shrunk. -- Last edit: 2014-11-11 17:50:53 |
