It doesn't have the faux wood paneling, so no...it's not a Country Squire. The LTD of this generation was offered in both the LTD Wagon and the LTD Country Squire.
Yeah, they did keep the steelies on it, even in the official release. It's a shame, really.
Looks like they gave it the wheels from the '12 Charger. Definitely an improvement.
There's one of these sitting in the Street Racing area in a parking spot...if you look closely, you'll see they stuck a Daewoo badge on the grille and the rear. Same with the van sitting next to it.
IIRC, this is just the demonstrator car, not a specific team's car.
About darn time, honestly.
Justin 'JTP' Pawlak's car.
Not a Maloo, just a Holden Ute. Specifically, a '16 Ute. It's Josh Robinson's drift ute with it's new livery.
Never know. There's already two Audis in the game, and both BMW and Mercedes' DTM cars are already in the game, so it would make sense to at least add Audi's DTM car in as DLC.
Watch it end up showing up as one of the first DLC cars as part of the Season Pass.
Could be a modernized successor. Would be cool if they revived the name, or a variation of it, for this car.
Honestly, it looks like this might be intended to be the bus from Speed, and it does look a lot like a '66 GM TDH 5303 'New Look', just with an additional axle in the back. www.imcdb.org/vehicle_6501-GM-TDH-5303-1966.html -- Last edit: 2018-07-01 00:21:01
'Pickup' isn't needed in additional info.
Is it just me, or... www.igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=156711 ...do these look to be the EXACT same physical model in two different games by different studios?
RAM 1500, not Dodge Ram. These trucks haven't been sold as a Dodge since the 2009 model year. Speaking of model year, that can be rolled back to 2016, which was the model year when the Rebel model debuted. It's also a Quad Cab.
And, it should be Origin: US, shouldn't it?
It's like a Scorpedo with the head of a Shark Bite.
Interesting fact: This Trans Am isn't 100% stock. If you look in the interior, there's a somewhat modern Kenwood audio unit in the dash.
Agreed, pretty much a dead ringer. Being this vintage, shouldn't origin be Canada, not US?
Range Rover of some sort?
1973-75 Ford F-Series?
Barn Find, apparently.
Barn Find | ||
Barn Find | ||
Looks like this will be a barn find, so unlockable star needed.
Also, Barn Find. So, unlockable star needed.
Agreed, the 1930 4 1/2 Litre blower (found in files as Barnfind_BEN_Blower_30) has different fenders without attached marker lights. So, this means there's gonna be two different '30s Bentleys in the game, one being a barn find.

Shouldn't it be US origin, since it's a rebadged Pontiac?
Origin: US It's a rebadged Pontiac Vibe, built in Fremont, California and exported to Japan.
Pretty sure that's the Lincoln Futura Batmobile.
I like these new themed abandoned cars. The only modifications that can be done to them are vanity items and performance, but the way this thing looks...I wouldn't want to change the outside. Love the water inside the cab look the vinyls on the windows give it. There's apparently going to be more of these sorts of vehicles, on top of the Boss cars and NFS icons, so I can't wait to see what's next. Adds a little variety to the game, sort of like the special car variants that Car Town had. They should have given it a Jaws theme horn, though. -- Last edit: 2018-06-21 02:13:44
True, but it's using an RL model, not a Legend model. The Legend had a slightly different grille than the RL, with a big chrome bar across the middle, which both the RL and this model DON'T have. Legend: upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/0/0d/Honda_Legend_2006.jpg RL: upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/f/fc/2005_Acura_RL_--_NHTSA.jpg/1200px-2005_Acura_RL_--_NHTSA.jpg
That's because it is. | ||
It is B-Series based. S-Series models have a lump on the cowl below the windsheld and a squarer hood compared to the Kodiak/TopKick derived B-Series. There's also a notable crease along the top sides of the cowl, also a B-Series design detail. 1993 at the oldest.
From the patch notes of tomorrow's June update: - 'The preview image of the 2008 Ford Crown Victoria CVPI went into hiding, but we found it.' - 'Fixed an issue that kept the "Air Suspension" vanity item on the 2008 Ford Crown Victoria CVPI from working when the player presses [LS] to stop the engine.' Both of the details mentioned here would only apply to playable vehicles, which tells me that there's gonna be a drivable version coming with this update, likely one of the 'Iconic Need For Speed' vehicles that they'll be putting around the map in the same manner as abandoned vehicles.
It's not just MKIII Supras, either... i.imgur.com/oPMalrE.jpg
It is, but there's been some alterations. For example, the JC3 version had Aston Martin-like tail lights, this version has different ones.
No, I'm saying that the TDU2 traffic model may have been inspired by this one, not the other way around.
Perhaps this is where they got the inspiration for this TDU2 traffic model? www.igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=36015
There's also a 'Double Decker' version of this with a VW Beetle attached to the roof. |
