They could have a 442. I searched IMCDb for 442s, and found one prominently used in the 2007 film 'The Hitcher'.

imcdb.org/vehicle_80346-Oldsmobile-442-1970.html - 4 stars.

and apparently there will be one in the game :D

Yeah, it's a bit like in Death Proof where they also used a '69 Charger as a reference to the Dukes of Hazzard despite the fact it was in black.

Or maybe they used the 69´ model, like almost all developers, for the Dukes of Hazzard Charger. Which would be lame.

Maybe.. but it would still be cool to see a 68 in a game again :p

(@ j-2)im still wondering why they didnt get a 68 model :/ probably as soon as Dodge realized the game was in san fransico they jacked up the cost for licensing :s

Oldsmobile Vista Cruiser

Driver: San Francisco (2011)
it was a 1970 model had a duel scoop hood like a 442 but the grilles were too narrow to be a 71-72 and too wide to be a 69
would be cool if they added a 442, although i cant name any 70's movies that had prominent use of one :/
