Buick LeSabre

Grand Theft Auto IV (2008)
The first car that pops into my mind when I see that convertible above is "1975 LeSabre" (www.chooseyouritem.com/classics/photos/126500/126972.1975.Buick.LeSabre.Custom.2-Door.Convertible.jpg). However, the front-end also looks just a bit like a 1974 Plymouth Fury (ned.ronet.ru/0/1974%20Plymouth%20Fury.jpg). FWIW, at the time, the 1974 Dodge Monaco and Plymouth Fury, which were all-new that year, were considered a bit of a ripoff of a Buick.

As I recall though, the car in mention actually looks a bit like a late 60's Cadillac Eldorado from the back, so the designers definitely took some creative license when coming up with these cars.
Cadillac Seville

Grand Theft Auto IV (2008)
I don't know what, exactly, I'd classify this car as. The front-end does look a bit like an '82-83 Malibu, but it also looks sort of like a mid-80's Cadillac Cimarron, or maybe a Chevy Celebrity. The body of the car, when viewed from the side, makes me think of a 4-door Lincoln Mark VII, if ever such a beast was built. From the rear it makes me think of '81 LeMans, or '82-86 Bonneville taillights grafted onto a Dodge 600/Chrysler E-class/New Yorker.

Now going just from the initial picture at the top of this page, my first guess actually would have been an '82-83 Malibu, but actually playing the game, and viewing the car from all sorts of different angles, I can't just peg it down as anything, in particular. Just a conglomeration of cars.
Dodge Polara

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (2004)
I always thought this thing looked like a cross between a 1957 Oldsmobile and a 1961 Dodge Dart.
Mercury Sable

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (2004)
That thing looks kind of French to me, like a Renault Medallion from the late 80's.
Chevrolet Lumina

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (2004)
This thing always made me think of a circa 1987 Buick LeSabre, for some reason.
Chevrolet Monte Carlo

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (2004)
If ever there was a 4-door '81-86 Monte Carlo, that would be it!
Dodge Custom 880

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (2004)
The Oceanic is a combination of cars. The front-end clip is that of a 1961 Dodge Dart or Polara, or 1962 Custom 880. Take your pick, they all look identical. Dodge shrunk all their cars down for 1962 and the public didn't respond to them, so mid-year, they mated a 1962 Chrysler Newport body and a 1961 Dodge front-end, and came up with the Custom 880, which is why they all look alike. The two-toning on the side of the Oceanic is very close to a 1955 Oldsmobile. From the rear, the car is sort of generic mid-50's. Could be a Chrysler, Packard, Lincoln, or Buick.

Interestingly, the front-end of the GlenDale, bears a strong resemblance to a 1957 Oldsmobile. I always thought they should have put the GlenDale's front-end on the Oceanic, and the Oceanic's front-end on the GlenDale!
