I think the body shape and the C pillar placement lean towards Geo Storm territory.

Town & Country since this DLC takes place in America.
Yeah, R* does that from time to time I guess. Even though the Blista is based off of a first generation, this picture is still somewhat relevant. i.imgur.com/56pHu9a.jpg
Does anyone else feel that this car is over-scaled?

Relax, I meant the body shape. The taillights and headlights resemble the Sundance but the overall body shape is closer to an Encore. Change it if you want, I'm not gonna lose sleep over a virtual car. -- Last edit: 2016-02-08 02:28:53

Most of them have been rusted to oblivion. The Sundance doesn't match up in the rear. s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/736x/bb/76/f4/bb76f4ca783f829c1e54aa0f30449954.jpg -- Last edit: 2016-02-05 19:03:34

JFK wrote Nope, these are the stock ones just like in GTA 4. You can add WBK, so the flares arent visible. Ah okay, better than nothing I guess.
Can you buy it without those fender flares?

There's no such thing as a GT500 sedan. This is based off of a Nissan Skyline R34 sedan.
There's about 40 of them that were donated to various universities.
Taken off the road in 2002, crushed during November 2003.
The Simpsons episode that featured this car was made while the car was still in production. The episode also implied that the car was electric. Also, this game was released two months before they started to crush them. -- Last edit: 2016-01-11 02:12:17
I know I'm replying to a comment that's nearly seven years old, but the rear is based off of an Infiniti J30. -- Last edit: 2016-01-11 02:01:23
Automotive Gaming wrote I do not agree. Wheelarches size are the same as the Camaro ones, since the Daytona ones are smaller. Also, if you notice, the wheelarches "lips" are more similar in terms of size to the Camaro ones than the Daytona ones (Daytona ones are less pronounced). Mirrors are mounted on doors for both Camaro and Buffalo, while the Daytona ones are mounted aside the window. Daytona has a scoop on the front bumper between the headlights which the Buffalo and the Camaro don't have. The Daytona front bumper lip is way smaller than the Buffalo and Camaro ones, also the front bumper lip cut (where the lip is mounted/starts) is exactly placed in the same point for both Buffalo and Camaro. The front bumper overall design is same as the Camaro. Buffalo side window design is the same as the Camaro. The Camaro just doesn't have the rear side triangle window because of the bigger trunk window. The side door design is same as the Camaro. The trunk wing, same as Camaro. www.sitedogta.com.br/imagens/veiculos/originais/buffalo%203.jpg www.iroc-z.com/1986pics/1986gallery/Jeffs%20Iroc%20Front%20Index%20Pic.JPG i.imgur.com/axMfEHj.jpg Remember that you can't have an exactly replica of a real car in a GTA game (or any other game with fake cars), so the developers must use their fantasy to add random details here and there to confuse who sees the car, maybe also borrowing those details from a whole different vehicle (GTA4/5 Infernus = half Lambo, half Zonda.) Luckily, the GTA SA Buffalo is way more clear to identify. Small OT: I agree with you about the Super GT "bump", because it is indeed an SW20 rather than an AW11. You have a point, the RWD and the V8 are convincing enough. I still think that the car is a mixture between the Camaro and Daytona with Manta 400 headlights but this will do.
It was the headlights that made the difference between the two. Thanks for uploading the pictures.
The front reminds me of a Isuzu Gemini hatchback but the back doesn't match. I'm thinking either a Mitsubishi Mirage or a Nissan Pulsar.

Lore or not it still borrows the majority of its visual features from a Dodge Daytona. I'm basing this on the rear since the front is based off multiple cars that are anachronistic to the game. -- Last edit: 2016-01-03 00:07:40
Delete my posts all you want, it doesn't change the fact that this is A Dodge Daytona. Look at the pillars and the taillights. Plus, the Buffalo is canonically a Dodge in other GTA games.
I don't want to open this can of worms again, but it's a 1991 model, not a 1986 model. -- Last edit: 2016-01-02 20:40:25
