Not sure what to do with this entry. This cargo variant is extremely rare and it seems to have been deleted in the Definitive Edition. So, any insight on why this barely made it to the game?

There are also several variants and one of them is tied to the Hotshot case (I presume it's a courier van of some sort).

As with the OP mentioned there is a Knox variant that only spawns in the Definitive Edition. It's actually drivable.

As for the van, there's some elements of the VW Crafter in this aswell, given the surname being a German translation. Dampfross = Steamroller.

This is also one of those 'nocturnal' cars, which only spawns around the hours of midnight and 8 AM. You can find those vans on the easternmost portion of North Point (the main road opposite of the docks area).
Ford Cargo

Sleeping Dogs (2012)
With these new pics I'm having heavy doubts about this being a Ford Cargo. Visually this is quite similar to this: igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=48496

Except it's given a heaping helpful of armor. Same way those Knox security vans drive around HK.

This is not a Scion tC. How so? Let me tell you: The front does not match. The bodystyle is way off. And the back is more of a notchback by nature.

Grille is too large to consider this a Scion. Doors are nowhere close to a tC. Taillights, maybe, but the rest of the car is not.

In conclusione, this is nowhere even close to a Scion. Should it just be listed as Made for Game Hatchback?
Toyota Crown Comfort

Sleeping Dogs (2012)
There also exists a teal-colored version that predominately spawns in Central district.
Toyota HiAce

Sleeping Dogs (2012)
There's other variants of this van as well, only in missions. One of them was used to transport a cake in one of the story missions. They should count as separate entries.

There's also a variant that's got modded rims in Stick Up and Delivery.

Mercedes-Benz W124

Euro Truck Simulator 2 (2012)
What video, exactly? 'Cause it was not found on any blogpost I know of. Did you get ahold of the streams? Also it might be tied to the West Balkan expansion since old Benzes are a popular sight there as well.

Unless this car shows up in update 1.47 or later (and I will provide new pics), or someone gives us a front pic, it'll be either a 190E or the W124.
Yamaha FJR 1300

Sleeping Dogs (2012)
Isn't it based on this: igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=50776
Then why is this Honda-based? Show me a comparo pic of the CS750R and this bike and you'll know the difference is marginal (just with police decor).

Nothing resembles a Scion tC.

Sleeping Dogs (2012)
I see you're workin' on this entry. Good work so far. But I'd prefer if the cars were not using modified liveries/wheels. Like ones you can jack on the street.

The game does have a few boats you can drive, though I highly doubt they're identifiable. Unlike cars they don't have any form of surname.

There is a tram that follows a specific loop in the Central district, and there's also another locomotive in the Victoria Peak winding roads. Neither are drivable and the latter is quite difficult to spot.

Far as some things go, some of these cars only appear at certain times, like for example the Terre GT only appears in the hours of midnight and 8:00 AM on an island in Aberdeen.

Too bad this game sold so poorly, that this game ended up being a promising, solid debut, but ended up being the only reboot True Crime had going for. Not helping was the fact that the developer, United Front Games, being shut down in late 2016, torpedoing any chance for a sequel.

Sad indeed.

Cadillac Cyclone

The Crew 2 (2018)
I would much rather see the Cyclone get more attention in other racing games, even if this is a far-out concept. If TC2 got this then maybe Forza should start hunting down concepts.
Honda NSX

Runabout 3D: Drive Impossible (2012)
Yeah... no. The surname reflects this as Honda imo.

Lookin' at it the car should be MFG.
GMC Sierra

Deliver Us Mars (2023)
Seems like they made a lot of GMC Sierra elements on what's basically fitted on a Japanese truck. Odd indeed....

The Crew: Motorfest (2023)
It wouldn't even matter anyway since it's DRM-restricted. Meaning you can't play the game offline.

I don't know how this one would pan out, but I may try to play this when it does come out.

Toyota Tundra

American Truck Simulator (2016)
@Vocal95 yeah they did that. I don't know what was going on, but it seems like, apart from the '68 F-100, every other vehicle they added seems to be a 'look how they massacred my boy' schtick going on. The Silverado singlecab, the Acterra lookalike, and (to a lesser extent) this third-gen Tundra.

It's not clear to me why they've done that, and no one knows what car gets added to ATS or ETS2 for that matter. My spreadsheets for both of these games, which is over a mile long, covers a Looney Tunes gags' worth of new and old cars, and I've considered them a part of America. The S-Max (which I constantly requested SCS to remove in ATS) is just one of those cars that were forced by default.

As for gas stations... who knows. I personally like the new gas stations. Maybe it's SCS' way of avoiding copyright infringement but I favor the gas station design the concept art team made. Makes the game feel more... modern. See what I mean? I never really liked the old design and I (and many others) applaud the new designs.

I would really appreciate it if this truck in particular didn't have those ugly steelies. They look extremely garish and ruin the look.

scs limited. nice little reference there

Late comment is late, but unfortunately as of update 1.46 (released November 10, 2022), all badging was completely gone. Even the "SCS Limited" badge is gone. The ATS version has those blighted changes, but they kept the wordmark intact. Who knows how long that will last...

Western Star 5700XE

American Truck Simulator (2016)
So, this one definitely flew under the radar. Western Star now has three trucks on the ATS world, and the 57X's predecessor is now on your nearest WS dealer a few hours ago at the time of this writing.

I love this. Closest we'll ever get to a previous-gen Cascadia and has all the luxury premiums to complement the driver with.

Fun story: SCS saw one of these around 2016 (a year after this truck was introduced in real-life) in Mid-America Trucking Show in the U.S. that year, and they realized that they really needed one of them. Western Star, on behalf of Daimler Trucks North America, is grateful for this addition, even if it meant having to scour archives for their variants.

I'm hoping the older Cascadia comes through, though SCS has more on the way (if you've followed through their blogposts from late summer 2022). Prime examples include the updated Peterbilt 579 and 389X, Kenworth's updated T-680 and the updated Volvo VNL trucks. All of which I'll get images for when they release.

Best time to start the year of 2023 in ATS, and it wasn't even February. They're working on at least two states, and probably even a third state.

How is NFS allowed to have this car, but Forza cannot and has stuck with the tired concept car? I want to know. Does T10/PG in particular hate Infiniti?

Speed Up (1996)
And, this was implemented quite some time ago. Sadly, even if you credit the work's author it's still a no-go. Think about it, if you stole something, it's a crime. This is a set standard of law that doesn't just apply to real-life.

Also, is there a reason why your post had to be in allcaps?

This bike is basically a disc-one nuke. Its unfair advantages over the exotics make this a borderline meta build to curbstomp the competition. Not helping is its obscenely cheap cost ($17,000, which is about how much a Ninja cost back then).

If you like big big understeer or massive lift off oversteer, you will love this game big time, for the car either handles like an oil tanker in slushy ice, or a a shopping trolley on sheet ice.

Is that actually true, or is this a bias over the physics? FM7 isn't too bad on the physics and the reboot will improve it further.

Conversely, show me proof that the cars understeer a lot and the cars "lift off" during oversteer.
Chevrolet Silverado

American Truck Simulator (2016)
I agree on that sentiment that it is the Silverado single-cab as they've been around, and I have seen them plenty, especially service models, but what would specifically make it a '23 model? Grille?

Side note: these pics still have not been replaced - lots of dead space. I'm gonna have to resend cropped pics later.
