I'd say it's a cartooned Reventon.

Seems to be based off the captain America bike from Easy Rider, so that would make it a 1951 Harley Panhead.

Biohazard RE:2 (2019)
It seems they based this off a 1969 Flxible 111-CCD "New Look" (imcdb includes the new look bit as part of it's name), except they mixed in some elements from a 1967 Flxbible Flxliner (the front windshield shape, the roof design and some other bits and bobs). The devs also moved the rear door from the middle to the back of the bus for gameplay reasons:

Porsche 928

based on the shape and the way the headlights (if that is what those black dots are) angled, it looks to be more like a 928 Porsche.

I actually agree with MBR. The back half defo looks to be based off the 2013+ Megane Trophy Race Car.

Look at the rear fenders in relation to the rear shape.

As for the front...the headlights seem to be inspired by the 2013 Cilo headlights, the front bumper is probably fictional.
