You're right, thanks. Changing all the codes now.

Forza Horizon 2 (2014)
Don't get me wrong, I mean it's bad as it is now. I loved the first Horizon, and I have played with the 360 version, and it somehow lacks in graphics compared with the first one. But OK, graphics isn't everything, the main problem, besides that, is if they were not planning any DLC or support at all...it shouldn't have been made in the first place. Again, they always talk and advertise the One version, they act like the 360 version wasn't ever made.

So, to sum up, they should either have done better with the 360 version, or not do it at all. For me it looks like a "here you go, have some of the taste you can have on One, but if you want all of the experience, including our support, go for the One version". Just the DLC thing makes all the difference...I'm even surprised they made a 360 version of the Huracan, after all of I have seen over the last months.

Anyway, I think we're focusing too much on the 360 problem. Even though is not on 360, at least is in a modern era game (Car Town doesn't count, at least for me...) and that's something to be happy about. It was about time!

I can't blame them. The 360 should't exist on the first place. It's terrible. I think it's better to only offer a fully made game, rather than that, and a half-assed one, without DLC and a lot of features of the actual gen. I think they tried to give a treat to 360 users, but in the end, I think that did more harm than good. I even think they are regreting it, since they never talk about that version.

Also, the 360 engine cannot reproduce different wheels per axle, or complex suspension movements, so the underside would look stupid. And they should make a simple version, since these cars are made up to XB1 standards, fully modelled and so.

As it always happens when a next gen arrives, I understand some people can't and/or don't want to buy a new system, but this time is a big problem. Many people are asking for support in +10 year old machines, which involve a lot of effort, and the current situation is ridiculous, in both ways, new games are released in the old gen, and old gen games are re-released in the new gen, things as new as The Last of Us or GTA V.

So again, many errors are being made in the console world lately, but I understand why the LM002 is in One and not in 360. Even if people would be eager to buy them.

Martinbond, just to make sure, are you planning on adding the interior pics? And also, on this one at least, do you have a frontal pic? I don't see any.
Chevrolet Corvette ZR1

Driveclub (2014)
No problem, this is just to help everybody to correctly add new cars, since specially new users can be a bit confused at first.

Lately, I see lots of cars with issues on the info, in this case, the gen number. Just a reminder for everyone, the gen number, for any car, that goes in the Mk section. Not surname, or extra info. Also, it gets converted depending on the car. For Corvettes, for example, if you add 6 to the Mk section, it will be converted to C6. The same happens in many other cars.
Aston Martin DB5 Vantage

The GB sticker has to go. I already made the mistake in the past of uploading modified cars, and that's how it should be.

The PC vs console thing is a big problem, specially for Microsoft, since they're basically synonymous of PC gaming, but also have one big chunk of console gaming.

As I see it, the XOne is the last console they'll made. With Windows 10, I think they'll take Xbox and use it to replace Games for Windows, competing with steam, and basically being able to enjoy all MS games in PC, mobile devices, and such.

Forza Horizon 2 (2014)
It's funny and weird seeing Forza getting this before GT6. The 500 Mondial was also supposed to appear in GT6 when it won Pebble Beach GT Award in 2012, but it seems like T10/PG had enough time to create it and being the first to feature it in a game. So the competition is interesting for all parties. Let's see how this evolve in the following months!
Shelby F-150 SVT Raptor

Forza Horizon 2 (2014)
It's a crew cab, and have improvements even in the modelling area, but I agree. This should have been since the beggining or being delayed until FM6. The amount of cars in FH2' DLC is low, so this, as DLC, is a bit of a waste.
Ford Bronco

Forza Horizon 2 (2014)
The 2004 one? Well, it's definitely a nice looking thing, but I prefer to have the original one first, and then, the newer ones, including the concept.
Ferrari 500 Mondial

Forza Horizon 2 (2014)
Depends on the site. Ferrari itself says it's a '53:

Shelby F-150 SVT Raptor

Forza Horizon 2 (2014)
I think it's mostly here in order to replace the older Raptor. This will have a proper underside.

Ford Fiesta

It is.

First Mk.1 on IGCD!
Audi RS6 Avant

Forza Horizon 2 (2014)
I suspect they did a lot of Audis from 2013 at once, most of them appeared on FM5, like the RS7 or the facelifted S4. Since the S3 Sedan is actually a 2014/2015, I'm not sure what year this should be given.
Buick GNX

Forza Horizon 2 (2014)
It's free DLC.
RAM 1500

Payday 2 (2013)
Incorrect. It's a Ram 1500 with realistic Ram headlights.

Ford Transit

Forza Horizon 2 (2014)
That's a good point there. They really never used Marks for Transit vans, as they do with other cars. It's useful for listing, though. But unrealistic.

Maybe a debate should be made about this. I recall a user saying that we use Marks for Mustangs and Camaros, and not Firebirds, for example. It's a matter of all, or none (except the ones who use Marks in real life, of course)
Ford Transit

Forza Horizon 2 (2014)
Yes, but again, Ford itself said it's the fourth. Don't get me wrong, but I don't know what's wrong with the Transit, it's quite simple.

The Mk.3 had one restyling. Very subtle. The Mk.4 had a more deeper one, but it was the same body (rear, sides, platform...). The new one is a Mk.V, whole new thing.

Also, if Ford says it's an Mk.4, no more discussion is needed, I think the manufacturer knows more than any of us.
Ford Transit

Forza Horizon 2 (2014)
End of discussion? Only because you say so? This is not kindergarten. This is settled when the facts are checked, not when you say it.

And to really end this, I asked Ford themselves.

The new gen is the fifth one. So your trusted forum is WRONG. You want me to ask Ford UK and Ford USA as well? I don't know how much proof do you need if this is not enough.

Now it's over. This is a IV gen. End of discussion.

EDIT: Tuppence just proved what I said. People consider the 2000 Ibiza as a Mk.3. But it's NOT. One thing is the "popular" designation, and other, the official one. Here we list the official ones.

Ford Transit

Forza Horizon 2 (2014)
No. They are all wrong.

"The year 2000 saw the launch of our fourth generation, all-new Transit, thirty-five years after the original model's debut."

A facelift is a facelift. It's like the 2000 Seat Ibiza, it was a heavily restyled Mk.2 gen, but many people call it a Mk.3, which is not.
Ford Transit SuperSportVan

Forza Horizon 2 (2014)
There you go. All Transits fixed.
Nissan 370Z

Forza Horizon 2 (2014)
Thanks! I've seen this car roaming arround a lot, and never realized it was a separate car. If you don't mind, I'll add ingame pics.

Forza Horizon 2 (2014)
I see, I've been looking at the posts and the evidence. Not sure what to do, as an admin, I'm quite limited. Let's see what Rinspeed can do about this, because it's annoying as hell already.

Yes. 140 HP 2.2-litre TDCi.

Forza Horizon 2 (2014)
Yes, yes, you don't like it. It's still free, as I said, so at least they're not going to make us pay. Games today are designed to be updated and expanded online. It sucks sometimes. A lot. But in this case, it's the least bad scenario.

Renault Clio Williams

Forza Horizon 2 (2014)
It's still free.
Donkervoort D8 GTO

Forza Horizon 2 (2014)
I agree, it's nice to see rare manufacturers and models being included in games lately.

The only problem here, is that the D8 along with the Model S, Urus, Mercury Eight, and Ferrari 330 P4 (is back!) are VIP only cars. So choices are, buying the VIP Pass or wait until they arrive as normal DLC.

The Noble M600 is exclusive to Car Pass owners, and 8 cars (Mustang 2015, Defender, Clio, Escalade, Abarth 595, Buick GNX, Ford F-100, and Focus RS Mk.1) are FREE, but they're part of a Welcome DLC. So they're free, again, but you have to download them first. And that's all.
Land-Rover Defender

Forza Horizon 2 (2014)
Before anyone freaks out, this along with 10 cars or so are part of a FREE starter DLC pack. So they're on the game for all, no changes in that.
Renault Clio Williams

Forza Horizon 2 (2014)
They used this very car, from EVO Magazine, as the reference:

Land-Rover Defender

Forza Horizon 2 (2014)
It's the US-Spec V8 version, the last year of the model in USA.
Mercedes-AMG GT S

Driveclub (2014)
The problem is, the naming is incorrect. The model is the GT, by Mercedes-AMG, and while I understand your point, well, you said it. There are going to be more. Forza, GT, Project Cars, mobile games like Asphalt..there are dozens of games where this car will appear for sure. So I think we shouln't wait and add the new name.
