Actually this kind of 3-door mini-size 4x4 car are so many, so answer is "A Japanese car SUV".

MR.Tamas Kozak, CEO of Invictus, officially commented that that C-Racer 4x4 is inspired from A Japanese SUV" in the inverview with Gamepot.

Kozak氏: 技術テストに登場する車だと,オフロード用の四駆車 C LACER Xが,日本のとあるSUV車をモデルにしています。
In the technical test clsed beta, C-Racer, Offroad 4 wheel drive car, is inspired from A Japanese SUV model.

Actually this kind of mini-4x4 car are so many, e.g. Mitsubishi Pajero Mini, Suzuki Virata or Jimny and so on. SO I think it is "No Answer".

Anyone give us a image of Dodge charger 2006?
I think it is too less engine spec of Hexan GTthan Dodge charger 2006.

Considering the spec and its drive train (FR) and REAR/tail design,it might be S-15 or something, but it is definitely different FRONT design with Hexan GT, it might be some Skyline coupe FRONT design.
S-15 Rear design
history.nissan.co.jp/SILVIA/S15/0201/LINEUP/frame04.html

I think kind of mixture car e.g. 180SX with S-15,like Sil-eighty?
And Hexan means Nissan copycat?

It is said that the logomark of "Lion" implies Pegeout logomark.
Every Fantasy car on PT has fantasy productor company
Talking about this car, hint is Emblem and name.

So.lets check Lion Exective Sedan,

1.What about embrem of Lion exective sedan?

wikiwiki.jp/level-r/?plugin=ref&page=%A5%AF%A5%EB%A5%DE%2FLion%20Executive%20Sedan&src=Lion.jpg

This emblem surely implies "Peugeot"
www.peugeot.co.jp/image/h_logo_peugeot.gif

2.What is the name of "Lion exective sedan"?
Exective Sedan implies "EX" of Peugeot ,e.g. 405 SRI-EX.
Or Pegeot "Exective class" line-up, e.g. 605series.

3.The rear end car desing is surely Pegeot, and front design also.

I guess Pegeot 405 SRI-EX. E-15DFV 1990 or 1993.

But there are Alternative option;

Pegeot 306
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peugeot_306

Pegeot 405
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peugeot_405

Pegeot 605
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peugeot_605
---------------------------------

According to the official site of Level-R Chinese Version, Lion Exective Sedan is referenced from Pegeot 407.
But..I think It is Pegeot 405 which I suggested above the post.

quote;I think this is an American bus..

This map is Tokyo and nearby Emperror palace(Edo castle) and there are Japan's national flag on the driver's seat. This kind of Japan-made old bus in 1970-1980 ,I could see in Middle east of Africa nowadays.
Audi Coupé

the old version of SF-6, that is to say, Quadro SD-T6(was in Level-R, original version of PT) was Audi Quadro. SF-6 was said that upgraded and minor modefied and renovated SD-T6.
But I dont know whether SF6 is Audi quadro or BMW...

Toyota Yaris

Project Torque (2008)
This seems to be Toyota Vitz RS .Though tail shape is bit different, I think drive feeling like Vitz) The Miyato logo mark "TORII" (〒〒) suggests to be fake Toyota.
The embrem of Miyato (Japan's Torii shape;it implies Fake Toyota)

According to the comment by Mr.Kozak, who are in charge of Invictus, he said that S-2 has no prominent original model of car, but it has assembled car from various hatchback cars. So, there are no answer that S2 or S3 is Civic or swift.

Mr.Kozak commented as follows:
例えば,ハッチバックタイプのCORUS S2という車があります。これは実在するハッチバックタイプの車,数車種の各パーツから着想を得ています。それを最終的に,デザイナーがリデザインし,ゲームにフィットさせているというわけです。
www.4gamer.net/news/history/2006.12/20061226204126detail.html
(for example, Corus S-2, hatchback typed car which are referenced from various hatch-back car and parts. Then finally Game designer refine and redegin for the game.)

I had thought It maybe Suzuki Swift, judging from the driving feeling and engine spec, though rear end design is bit different.
ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E7%94%BB%E5%83%8F:Suzuki_SWIFT_JRC.JPG

It is not Civic because there used to be Civic prepared before in the shop memu of Level-R and PT.In addition, S2/S3 and Civic are totally different Engine specs.
Civic SiR-Ⅱ (EG6)1991 in Level-R (This car alraedy disappeared from the shop menu)
www.4gamer.net/games/028/G002820/20071114053/screenshot.html?num=073

SO about S3, CONCLUSION IS , "MADE FOR GAME"
