 Volkswagen Passat ArmA: Armed Assault (2007) | This car is a Volkswagen Passat LSE 1983 or 1984, without any doubt. It's a model produced in Brazil and also exported to Iraq between 1983 and 1988. The 1983 and 1984 models have a chrome bumper like in this game. Here, two photos of a 1987 model to compare.
