No, this is a Dodge St Regis as SWF said, for some reason the C-pillar looks wierd and comes down before the door (You can see it in this main pic) which is exactly the same as on the first game's police car. | ||

Unfortunately you cannot move the bucket and it is (the bucket) higher than most of the cars so it is hard to reach them with it | ||
