Front end of an Audi A8 (D3, Typ 4E)
kinda reminds me of a Chrysler Crossfire
This shot is also from GT5 Prologue. It needs to be replaced with a shot from the actual GT5.
Here's another possibility, 2010-2011 Kia Rio (JB). The front end and side are almost identical, and the rear end is quite similar. upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/5/52/2010_Kia_Rio_LX_sedan_2_--_01-26-2010.jpg/1470px-2010_Kia_Rio_LX_sedan_2_--_01-26-2010.jpg
I think it uses its US name, like a lot of other cars in this. For instance, the VW Bora famous for being the Null Car in Forza 3 / 4 (Forza 2 I believe as well?) was called the US spec Jetta.
This car's name is based on a car from Greedy Car Thieves: igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=36291
car-dude44 wrote I'd lean more toward the Lincoln Aviator/Navigator with that huge chrome grill and the chrome accents. I should also mention that this thing is quite big, with the roof being higher than the character's head, so while the side looks somewhat like the Ford Escape it's much too big to be that. Now that you mention that, I can totally agree with Lincoln Navigator. Looks somewhat like one too.
Definitely NOT a Tata Xenon. 1. It looks nothing like one. 2. Most cars in this game are based off ones sold in America, plus I've never even heard of this car before. EDIT: I'm with carcrasher88 on this one, this is an '02 Chevrolet Avalanche (only model year for the Avalanche that cladding was availible) -- Last edit: 2016-02-09 23:23:07
Is it me or does the front end and some of the side profile remind me of the new Alfa Romeo Giulia?
Ford Explorer? | ||
Honda S2000. The name 'R3000' should be a hint.
Not first time. Horizon 2 and Forza 4 had Porsche DLCs, and before Forza 4, Porsches were in the base game.
Weirdly still appears in the final game. Even though I don't think the C-Class wagon was ever sold in the US.
Well you kinda missed this while you were gone. Somebody changed it from what it was initially listed (that somebody I think is Racedriver43) to a Cougar. Also, some other idiot changed the model year to 2013, while Mercury went belly up in 2010.
Wait... so you're alive?!
Why does this kinda remind me of the Police Cruiser from GTA IV?
I see a little bit Alfa Romeo GTV / Spider in there. But then again this is reused from Midtown Madness 3 so I'll just have to see that game's page for this car. EDIT: ...aannnnddd it turns out it's not listed. Somebody missed this car on MM3... -- Last edit: 2016-02-05 22:20:41
Dodge Monaco? | ||
Cadillac Eldorado? | ||
DEFINITELY a Dodge Charger
Yeah. Because we all know Mercury went belly up in 2010.
Also appears in Forza 3 along with the other Midtown Madness 3 traffic cars. I'll add them later.
This is definitely more of a Volvo S40 like in Forza 4: www.igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=41790
No idea. This looks nothing like a Cougar. upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/a/ae/2001-2002_Mercury_Cougar_--_03-30-2011.jpg/1024px-2001-2002_Mercury_Cougar_--_03-30-2011.jpg I agree, this is an Impreza.
Rear end from a newer Mercedes. Also, why does the side profile remind me of the new 2016 Civic?
EminemRUS wrote Rebla from GTA 4 WOW. Just wow. I don't know if you REALLY need glasses or you're REALLY into drugs, but the Rebla looks like this: www.igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=11159
Maybe they where copyrighted and they had to change them?
Either a Honda Ridgeline or a Nissan Titan.
Oh how I've MISSED this thing. This thing was a beast in Forza 4...
Rear end from a 991 GT3. The whole car appears to be a 911 GT3 rather than the normal 911. It's a 997 GT3 because of the front end.
Rear end appears to be Huracan inspired, but the Huracan wasn't revealed until late December 2013 (right before Christmas). But lightly disguised prototypes of the Huracan existed earlier in the year, so maybe they got their inspiration from those.
That rear looks like it's from a somewhat recent car but I can't seem to remember the name of it. Since the game's from 2013, I'd say the rear's from a 2014+ Chevrolet Impala?
Now that I look at the rear, I'm thinking '91-'94 Honda Prelude.
They're basically the same thing, except the S4 is the more performance oriented model. I said an S4 since the car has a more sporty appearance (front bumper, rear spoiler)
They must have similar trains of thought though. They both put Skodas in American based games (this set in NYC, The Crew set across the entire USA)
I'd say a stretched version of a 2010-2012 S4.
I have a feeling whoever did this one was the person who designed the traffic cars for early versions of The Crew...
Why does this remind me of a NASCAR car from the early 90's?
EWWW. One of the ugliest cars of the 2000's, even uglier than the PT Cruiser...
God, when was this last featured in a proper racing game? Gran Turismo 2?
Awesome news! I've found the Espace F1 in Ondarun! en.ondarun.com/car_list.php?order=model&v_marque=Renault&v_model=Espace+F1 I will post it immediately!
enzo96 wrote At least this is a good sign, i hope they add some more Super GT and a fantasy japanese track Even better, real life Japanese tracks. I really miss Motegi, Suzuka, and Tskuba.
Atlantique should be removed from the extra info since the Atlantique name was only used for the Venturi 300 Series: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Venturi_Atlantique
Not an M3, but a normal 3 Series since I don't think the E46 M3 was offered as a sedan.
I see more W221 in this, to be exact it's the 2010-2013 facelift. upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/0/03/Mercedes-Benz_S400_hybrid_--_2010_DC.jpg/440px-Mercedes-Benz_S400_hybrid_--_2010_DC.jpg Here's the W222: upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/c/cb/2014_Mercedes-Benz_S550_%28US%29_lwb.jpg/560px-2014_Mercedes-Benz_S550_%28US%29_lwb.jpg
FTO GPX judging by the bumpers and the rear spoiler.
Also, not trying to create an argument like the Stratum, but I see more Impreza than Skyline in this. Impreza: upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/c/c4/2001_Subaru_Impreza_2.5_RS_4-dr%2C_front_right.jpg/380px-2001_Subaru_Impreza_2.5_RS_4-dr%2C_front_right.jpg Also, just noticed, in the Stratum argument we argued over the same cars. Impreza or Skyline. -- Last edit: 2016-01-17 00:27:05
Nissan Skyline Sedan R34 GC? Somebody forgot to change the chassis code...
Looks very similar to a Lamborghini Huracan except for the rear...
Agreed with Impreza, plus the name "Import Tuning" wouldn't be given to an American car... |
