I'm sure there are still a couple around Japan, and I'm sure Kaz is able to get his hands on one. Hino is indeed a truck manufacturer ever since 1967, when they joined the Toyota Group.

There was a company called Tokyu Car Corp., but later changed to Japan Transport Engineer Co. (see here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japan_Transport_Engineering_Company).
Unfortunately, they only produced heavy rail cars, and I think they never produced street sweeper before.

Apparently a Moai as seen on Easter Island. Even I think this is gray-area material, but in-game, it's a car than can be raced in any event, tuned with all available parts, and driven around town.
What can I say, this game is a bit out there.
