2008-03-04 02:28 | No you are getting yourself confused there, there were two models sold in the USA under the brand Merkur, one was this one, called Merkur Scorpio (our Ford Scorpio), the other one was the Merkur XR4Ti (our Ford Sierra XR4i without the T), so this one is a Merkur Scorpio, and the others listed are Scorpios.

2008-03-04 02:16 | Officially all Ford (of Europe) Scorpio's were imported into North America under the ill-fated Merkur brand name. I believe they were called the XR4Ti (but don't quote me on that). Simply put; in Europe they were called Ford Scorpio's, in America they were called Merkur XR4Ti's. It is possible that in this video game it was called a Merkur Scorpio though, for whatever unknown reason..

2008-03-03 11:50 | Yeap, this is a Merkur, and also ive just realised that on the first Ford Simulator there's only one european car, it doesnt make much sense, therefore this one and this other one www.igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=10553 should be labeled as Merkur.
J-2 photo_librarymode_comment 2008-03-03 08:10 | It wasn´t sold in EEUU as Merkur Scropio? |
