It's white with an amber light on the back. Unfortunately, it cannot be moved in the track editor, much like the trucks featured in that area. Just thought I'd point that out incase it went unnoticed.

As for year, the name may be a hint, and the grille (from the icon on the bottom) seems to resemble the '72-'74 grille most, but other than that it the front end looks too stylized to distinguish where of the '70-'74 years
