Bentley Speed 8 nose cone is identical to this, R18 has flat nose and long fin running the mid secton. Bentley Speed 8 is almost identical, only headlamps are different and maybe spoiler mount. Seeing how it isn't a crew cab and has a box that is separate from the cabin, it can't be an avalanche. And seeing how its a DUALLY it can't be an f150. Seeing how it doesn't have ford styling elements i would say its an 05-07 F250 or F350 dually
