I'd argue it's more Taurus than Sable. Sables had the light bar, and sure the Taurus didn't have a real grille, but the separate headlights here are closer to the Taurus.

I think the design lends itself more to a Chevrolet/GMC.

Specifically that of an Advance Design 3600 or its GMC relative, if at all.

The F-1 does not have that kind of front fascia.

Couldn't believe this game was never listed on IGCD til now.

I remember having this game years ago, and it wasn't exactly good. Back in the day American Chopper was one of America's top basic-cable TV shows of the early 2000s. If there was anyone who'd customize a bike to their heart's content, it would be none other than the Teutels. They'd bicker back and forth while they'd be on a job customizing the client's bikes, creating a sense of drama. They even reprised their roles in a King of the Hill episode in 2006. After that... well I don't remember much of them anymore.

Looks more like a Blazer body to me and on what is otherwise having the front fascia of a 1997-2004 Dodge Dakota.

If I had a guess it would be a second-gen Ford Taurus/Mercury Sable Wagon with a different front end.

Dodge Ram Van with Chevy Express doors and GMC-styled grille.

Honestly I haven't a clue what that is. 🤷‍♂️
