Fact: In Australia, the Rebel was not offered as a 2-door, only the 4-door sedan and station wagon were offered, and they continued production into 1971, after US production ended in 1970. There were also Rebels built in New Zealand, by Campbell Industries in Thames. Both Australian and NZ built models retained the 1967 Ambassador dashboard and instrument unit, and unlike Australian built ones, Campbell built Rebels never received the new AMC 360 V8 in 1970, sticking with the older 304ci V8. Would be nice to see one of them appear as a DLC car. |

We have two plates, an European style one with just Horizon written on it (to be fair, there are Euro plates available in Australia but they're not yellow) and an American style one with New South Wales on it (which again does look nothing like the real one) and the worst thing is that you can't even choose between them... |
