It means that the tailgate opens with the rear window. All the cars you listed are 2 door sedans. They look like hatchbacks to us, because we are used to seeing modern small 2-box cars that are all hatchbacks. The Opel Kadett D, for example, was available in sedan and hatchback, which looked exactly the same, but had a different trunk opening. sedan: hatchback:

The site is in Finnish language but i understand it cause i have lived in there. There was a Chrysler Voyager in the US, but it was just a Plymouth Voyager with a Chrysler emblem on the grille. This has a crosshair grille (which European Voyagers had), but if it takes place in the US, it's a Dodge Caravan.
