So, it's a GAZ-14 Chaika with the nose of a GAZ-3102.

I think it's actually derived from a similar vehicle from Conviction that was mistakenly labeled as a Chevrolet Trailblazer on this site. www.igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=35175 It looks too beefy to be a Land Cruiser. The wheels are too big for a Land Cruiser, and the wheelwells are too round for a GL. The rest of that thing's body looks similar to the GL though. My vote is a Dodge Journey or a Durango with a generic front end.
