With the longest vehicle life span of 33 years from 1960 to November 1993, the Pathfinder factory's City bus is designed for the roughest roads and sparse servicing. It has decent legroom and the good average speed and capacity makes up for the high energy consumption. They may be the famous London bus, but they're handy in any city.

The Jubilee Carrier is well-rounded with a decent capacity and a decent engine cranking out a decent top speed. Its reliability is on par with other buses and its attractive design makes it feasible with passengers. Thus the Carrier is designed for medium-to-long routes and doesn't require as much maintenance.

This bus crushed out the S-B 1200, which was previously the best-known option available for anyone with a bus in need. The Arnauld Supra's best options include its above average top speed and moderate passenger capacity. The Supra's at its best for out-of-city routes without getting caught in traffic, to say nothing of its proletarian engine and interior.

This bus is among those with the highest overall top speed, with a value of 85. This old-school Eastern classic has the most powerful engine Pavlov has used and uses its space for prams and standing passengers. Quibbles? Its engine has flaws, making it prone to breakdowns. But still, the capacity and its low gas consumption make up for the disadvantage.

The Pavlov Stretch is a well-rounded articulated bus with a relatively high average speed and high passenger capacity that fits in with the 1980s look. The redesigned articulated joint provides better maneuverability and thus provides a lot of speed. From Pavlov Enterprises' viewpoint, the Stretch is reported as its most popular vehicle and was put in service in many large European cities, and a few outside. Unfortunately, the bus is rather unreliable, composed of crude, cheaper parts to ensure smooth running. This bus also has cut-rate decor, making this a poor vehicle of choice for attractiveness, and it seems to be a fuel hog with its high energy consumption.

The Stern-Berger Urban is designed with city driving in mind. The bus is very fast and does not require a lot of maintenance compared to other buses of the era, but it's quite a fuel drain. Even so, the bus is a great choice for short routes with its decent passenger capacity.

The Jubilee Turtle is a cleverly-designed double decker bus with a formidable capacity and nicely positioned seating for the masses. Its new door mechanism allows for fast load/unloading, which otherwise makes up for its rather slow average speed. Its slow speed is also in the economic favor and it's a good choice for shorter routes. The new tech features automatic doors that detect anything in its presence, making the Juby Turtle a ideal choice for youngsters. However, it does have minor issues with the engine and requires a fair bit of monitoring and maintenance.

Yeah this is no way a 1938 bus. I believe this is a modified Henschel HS 160 bus.

Anyway, about this bus (my words):
As the first articulated bus in the game, the Pavlov Extended provides traveling ground whilst still having lots of room. When you compare the other high-capacity vehicles, the Extended is relatively fast, but it's a fuel drain. It's a good vehicle for longer routes with many passengers, but the inferior engine earns the lowest marks, alongside its mediocre attractiveness.

From what I can gather this is actually a 1-Ton bus, dated as early as 1924.

The Maurice Astor was one of the first buses produced in Britain, a direct descendant of the horse-drawn carriage. It's small, not very fast, and prone to breaking down a lot, but otherwise a well-rounded vehicle with passenger comfort in mind. The bus has easy-to-clean wooden seats and a special seat for the human conductor. Available from 1920 to 1945.

See that's kind of a problem, when it comes to cars that look similar but are different, these subtle changes make it feel like duplicates, as demonstrated here:

Just to avoid confusion, I cropped these as close as possible and it's painful because of the isometric camera.
These two cars are awfully similar. Neither model exists in the sequel but a modder did convert them to Skylines.

And yes, I agree with the Peugeot 403, hence why I edited it awhile back.

Pros and Cons

Pro:
-Huge passenger capacity for a limited-production double-decker articulated bus
-Provides comfortable seating and fairly high actractiveness
-Designed for long-distance transit

Con:
-Lackluster reliability, on par with the Pavlov Stretch
-It makes no sense being available early on, in the 1920s
-Average overall speed
-Needs Design Marvels DLC for use

In-game info (edited for brevity)
The flagship of a north Italian factory, Vettore is one of the largest buses ever produced. Providing comfortable seating in two floors with stairs installed in the front and rear, it can carry a large amount of passengers. The Vettore was originally intended for long-distance transport but recently the factory has began to produce a slightly shortened version for regional route use.

-Good passenger capacity
-Decent reliability

Con:
-Exploitable, since it appears as early as 1920, oddly

A popular way to navigate the many sights and suburbs, they also afford the traveler a nostalgic hint of what city transportation used to be like in the olden days. In-game description: The Comet XL caters to routes with large amounts of passengers. It is expensive, but makes up for it by having superior passenger capacity (hence the long appearance) and high average speed, due to its new motor design. Less care has been spent on the interior, and so the Comet XL is hardly the passenger's first choice.
