The fender reflectors are like the ones of a 1975+ US Rabbit, but the bumpers are not the same. The 1979+ US Rabbits had the same bumpers, but with square headlights. I'd say this is a 1979 VW Golf I with reflectors added just to make it appear more American.

The manufacturer should be "Porsche" and the correct name is "Panzerjäger Tiger (P)". "Ferdinand" was the name given to the early production run and "Elefant" to the later ones. Obviously, this applies to all four entries with the manufacturer listed as "Nibelungenwerke."
