The front is pretty similar and it's a 5 door hatchback, that's about it. I was wondering if this was maybe a heavily edited 1980s Honda Civic Shuttle, but every other car is pretty easy to identify, so I'm really not sure about this one.

I thought it was an E-series but I think confused with B-series. Detail and a Micro bus and not a large-sized buses. Look at the pictures side and rear, it may become clearer identity of the bus not only because I do not view the model as I've said not understand anything of the kind of vehicle in question.
