Anyway, this car is an absolute waste of money - ugly as shit, isn't faster by any means (GTA V has 250km/h speed limit) and the handling sucks really hard.

Exactly why I stopped playing GTA V. It becomes a moneygrab, like every game. When I was playing, the $ 700k Zentorno was an "expensive car". I could just afford that next to my other cars. Now I have like $ 1,5 mil left, in old standards I could buy any new DLC car with that. Now I need 5 times as many to afford 3-4 cars. Also for a reason I can't put my finger on they stopped adding DLC cars to Single Player. Because you could actually make some money in SP, you could test every new car before you buy it in Online. Times have changed and not in GTA V's favor. Shame, because the game concept is amazing and it works well.

If you're expecting normal cars, I'm afraid you've missed the boat. Once R* released PS4/XB1/PC version, there was no more opportunity to add new cars to traffic. Especially since we are now looking at online-exclusive updates with $1 million+ cars, I doubt we'll see anything "mundane" ever again.
