I agree, a R107 model SL-series, although the difference is difficult to tell from the BMW E30 cabrio, unless you observe overall proportions (ex: R107 is wider than the E30; E30 cabrio has more space between the door and rear wheel)

PS: Don't bother with rear spoiler, since both of them could have them installed.
