I suggest Opel Astra G cabrio. Quite similar, in my opinion.

EDIT: the side matches quite well. Tail-lights are almost the same, whilte the headlights have a strange shape, but still similar to those of the Astra G. The only thing that doesn't match very well is the grille.

I see a little bit Alfa Romeo GTV / Spider in there. But then again this is reused from Midtown Madness 3 so I'll just have to see that game's page for this car.

EDIT: ...aannnnddd it turns out it's not listed. Somebody missed this car on MM3... :whistle:
